Bonus Guidelines
• New Individual Medical policies issued
January 1, 2010, through December 31, 2010, are eligible.
• All Individual Medical plans qualify for the bonus,
including Health Savings Account (HSA) and Assurant
Affordable Health Access plans. Short Term Medical and
Student Select plans do not qualify. • $100 bonus is
paid to the Writing Agent and is based on $15,000 in
annualized sales. • Writing Agents enrolled
in the lead program are not eligible for other
Individual Medical bonus campaigns, unless specifically
noted. • All usual commission and persistency rules
apply. • Writing Agents enrolled in the lead program
must be licensed and appointed with Time Insurance
Company on the date the bonuses are paid to be eligible.
• Bonus money is taxable income and will be reported on
the winner’s FORM 1099-MISC. For agent use only, not for
distribution to comsumers. |
